SELLER/BANK REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Any sales contract will be signed by an authorized officer of the Bank or an authorized manager of the LLC. Bank of Washington property contracts will be signed by Eileen R. Spratt, Vice President. Subsidiary property contracts will be signed by either Eileen R. Spratt, Manager, or Joe Klak, Manager.
2. We are agreeable to closing at a title company of the buyer’s choosing.
3. Once the sales contract has been signed, we will forward the following information to the title company:
• Articles and Certificate of Organization if LLC
• Operating Agreement if LLC
• Federal ID Number
• Designated Managers or Authorized Signors
• Contract and Escrow money
4. We require the following closing documents from the title company by noon of one business day before the closing:
• Closing protection letter
• Special warranty deed
• HUD1
• All other documents related to the closing
